ACT currently operates cross-border freight services across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. Our primary corridors are Kuala Lumpur ↔ Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur ↔ Singapore and Bangkok ↔ Singapore. We also serve key manufacturing and industrial cities along these corridors including Penang, Johor Bahru, Hat Yai and Chon Buri.
Transit times depend on the route and cargo type. KL to Singapore typically takes 4–6 hours. KL to Bangkok takes 18–22 hours. Bangkok to Singapore takes 22–28 hours. These estimates include standard customs clearance. Our AI-powered ETA engine provides real-time updates throughout your shipment.
Yes. ACT has an in-house customs brokerage team licensed to handle import and export declarations in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. We manage permits, duty calculations and customs documentation as part of our end-to-end service. We are an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) certified carrier.
We accept LTL (less-than-truckload) consolidations from as little as 500 kg. For FTL services, a minimum of one full trailer load applies. Contact our team for specific capacity requirements and consolidation schedules.
